WebUK Change of terms and conditions.

From time to time the terms and conditions are amended. The new terms and conditions come in to force on the 12/01/2010 which is 1 month from now.

The amended parts of the T&C\\'s are below.

OLD

PAYMENT POLICY

By using our services you agree to the following payment policy and instructions.

Refunds: We do offer a 7 day trial period from which you may ask for your hosting account to be terminated in return for a refund. You will receive a FULL refund minus any domain name costs. After the 7 day trial period we do not offer refunds. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer or take any action that results in a payment being reversed that, in our sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of the TOS, you agree to pay us an \\"Administrative Fee\\" of £100.00

Payment/Subscription: Establishment of this service is dependent upon receipt by the Company of payment of stated charges. We require that all Subscribers use an recurring payment subscription through our site and paid by one of our payment processors. Your recurring subscription must remain active at all times for your hosting account to remain activated. If a subscription becomes inactive your hosting service will first be suspended on the 7th day after payment was due and then deleted 14 days after the suspension date. If it is a reseller account we will also suspend/ delete any domains “under” the primary account. Such termination or denial will not relieve Subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees.

Cancellation: You can cancel your hosting at any time. This is done by loggin into your account, navigating to hosting and using the cancel link. Please note we will not refund any unused portions of any subscription payment.

Service Rates: Subscriber acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to Subscriber. Subscriber is aware that the Company may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. The promotional offer is contingent upon Company achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals including but not limited to rates charged to company by its suppliers.

Payment
All major Credit/Debit Cards and Paypal are all acceptable methods of payment.

Establishment of any service or purchase of goods or products becoming available to a user is dependent upon receipt by us of payment of stated charges. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days of an invoice creation date. All goods remain the property of us until paid for in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of England\\'s base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed 3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.

Returned cheques will incur a 25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, were serve the right to terminate the arrangement and, if agreed to, we shall insist on future Paypal transactions only. Consequently, all bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full.

Renewal of a Lease, recurring payment, or subscription, for a service(s) or product(s) must be made within thirty days of an invoice creation date. Such an invoice is created seven days before an invoice due date. If payment has not been made the service(s) or product(s) will be suspended on the 7th day after a payment due date and then deleted/ removed 14 days after the suspension date. If the service(s) or product(s) is provided to a reseller, all sub accounts the reseller has set-up will also suspended/ deleted at this time. Such termination or denial will not relieve the Subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees.

The user which is subscribed to a service(s) or product(s) acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to the Subscriber. The subscriber is aware that we may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. The promotional offer is contingent upon us achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals including but not limited to rates charged to us by its suppliers.


Cancellation Policy
Notification via email or clicking a \\'cancellation\\' link within a users account will be accepted subject to confirmation by email.



Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and our selves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already under way.

No refunds shall be offered except on products that are clearly marked*, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, under way. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

* Some Clearly Marked products or services offer a \\"seven day money back guarantee\\". The guarantee on these products or services extends from the point of purchase up to seven days later. Within this time the user may request to cancel a service or product he or she has paid for and receive a refund. On most cases a full refund will be given but on some cases where a payment has been made to an external company to complete a users initial purchase and where a refund cannot be received from the external company the cost of the external purchase will be taken off of the amount refunded.
