Hourly rate
The benefit of these rates are the low hourly rates. The job is based upon the length or time times the hourly rate.
Standard Hourly Rate is £30 per hour.*,#
Discounted Hourly Rate for Hosting customers is £15 per hour. **,***,#
Fixed Price Rate
The benefit of these rates are that you know what you will pay for each job. We will advise the price you pay before commencement. If the job over runs you don't pay any extra.
Standard Rate is based upon £40 per hour. %,#

Discount minimum period
Discount rates are based upon the length of time you have hosted the site the work is being carried out on with us aswell as the hosting package the site you host with us.
Orange package hosting - 6 months and 1 day
Green package hosting - 3 months and 1 day
eBay package hosting - 3 months and 1 day
Red package hosting - 2 months and 1 day
If you do not currently host your site with us or have not had a hosting package for the site the work is being carried out on for this length of time, you may purchase hosting at time of the work being carried out to enable the discount rate. ##
Terms & Conditions
* Hourly rate is worked out per hour so if the work lasted 1hr & 40ins, the charge will be for 2 hrs. A 25% deposit of the estiated cost will be required before work is commenced. If the deposit is higher than the final cost, the difference will be refunded back.
** Hourly Rate is worked out every 15mins so if the work lasted 1hr & 40mins, the charge will be for 1hr & 45mins. Customers MUST have hosted the site the work is being carried out on with us on or over the 'discount minimum period' to receive the discount rate.
*** Payment must be received within 48hrs of the work being finished to receive the discount rate otherwise the rate will revert back to the standard rate and a new invoice sent.
% A 25% deposit will be required before work is commenced.
%% Customers MUST have hosted the site the work is being carried out on with us on or over the 'discount minimum period' to receive the discount rate.
# Payment must be received within 14 days of the work being finished or a charge of £1.00 per day will be added to the final cost. Hosted sites that have not paid within 14days mat also have their account suspended until payment has been received.
## Regardless if you have not got a hosting package or the length of time of your current hosting package if under the 'discount minimum period' you must purchase hosting to the value of the 'discount minimum period' one month. Example:- If you want to purcase the 'Orange package' hosting package to enable the discount rate, you would need to purchase 7 months hosting.
